Start: At 8:00am, we meet at the Boat Dock and get prepared to leave Manaus. Our destination is the islands of the Anavilhanas Archipelago, aproximatelly 60km up the Rio Negro River.
Excursion: Once we reach tne archipelego, we’ll explore the heart and mystery of the islands by canoe. On our adventure, we’ll travel through small lakes and ‘igapós’ (flooded forests ). While jungle trekking, we’ll identify the main plants and animals of the region. You’ll also have the opportunity to observe the local people and their varied customs.
Transportation: Typical house boat.

End: The Boat Dock of Manaus at approximately 6:00pm.
