This Trip can range from 2 to 4 Days depending on you. Which ever day you choose to leave the activities will stop at lunchtime so that you can travel back that afternoon.

Day 1 -7:30 Pick from your hotel. Transport to Ceasar Port from where you cross the Amazon river by motor boat, passing on the way the famous "Meeting of the water" (Rio Negro and Rio Solimões). At Careiro on the other side you travel by van for 45 min down the Transamazonica highway arriving at the small river Araça. Here another boat will take you to the Lodge.

11:30 arrival at lodge followed by Lunch.

In the afternoon you will visit the flooded forest (igapós), where different kinds of trees can be seen (paddling canoe); do some Piranha fishing (They will explain and show you how to catch piranhas.), dolphin watching,   The teo species of dolphins (boto) can be seen; Alligator spotting the guide will cath an alligator to show to you and  explain and release it after.

 

Day 2 - Breakfast

Birds and monkey observation - In a paddling canoe you will go inside the flooded Jungle to watch monkeys and birds. High possibility of seeing "skirrel monkies", "cappuching and howling monkeys"

Lunch

Go deep into the jungle for walking and camping. This activity will be organized by the guide and helped by a local

More than 80% of the wild life has night habits, so to sleep in the jungle in a hammock protected by a mosquito net is a very interesting and exciting experience, The dinner will be prepared in a jungle way. Chicken barbecue is a usually offered.

 

Day 3 - Breakfast

Jungle walking - The morning will be reserved to see the different species of medicinal plants can be found in this area; It can take from 2,3 or 5 hours walking. Depend on the group.

Lunch

In the afternoon you can continue in the jungle and sleep one more night, or can  move to another place; If you choose to go to another place the night will be passed on a locals (caboclos) house. This gives you the opportunity of learning how people live in the jungle. Their ways of seeing the life and listen for their stories.

Day 4 - Breakfast

return to the Lodge for Lunch.

In the afternoon make the trip back to Civilisation.

18:00 Arrival back in Manaus and Transfers to your Hotel or the Airport
